An undefeated racehorse could be stripped of his winnings of a $200,000 prize after testing positive for cocaine.
In a statement, the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission revealed it has launched an investigation into End Assembly after it tested positive for the illegal substance.
The coach, Mark Currie, is to lead a stewards’ investigation next week.

In a statement, a spokesman for the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission said: ‘A Toowoomba-trained racehorse has tested positive for cocaine following its victory in a $200,000 feature race at Eagle Farm last December.
“The results of the post-race urine sample, conducted by QRIC’s Racing Science Center and Victoria’s Racing Analytical Services, have tested positive for the banned illicit drug.
‘The QRIC stewards will check with the horse’s trainer early next week.’
