Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend is suing him over a non-disclosure agreement she says she was forced to sign.

Tiger Woods has split from his girlfriend Erica Herman because she is suing him over a non-disclosure agreement she was forced to sign, according to a new report.

Woods, 47, and Herman, 38, began dating in 2017 but have not been seen together in public since the US Open tennis tournament last August.

Now, according to legal documents obtained by TMZsays Herman that the NDA is wrongly imposed on her, citing the Speak Out Act.

The law states that a non-disclosure agreement is not enforceable if it was agreed before a dispute about sexual assault or sexual harassment.

And Herman said in the documents that she is being pressured to remain silent and abide by the NDA by a private trust led by Woods.

Herman claims she had to sign the NDA at the beginning of the couple’s relationship, in August 2017.

TMZ said Woods’ ex was “eager to share her experience” with the golf icon. It is unclear whether Herman is making accusations.

Dailymail.com has reached out to Woods’ agent for comment.

Woods played just nine league rounds in 2022 following a significant car accident that left him with fractures to both the tibia and fibula, as well as an ankle injury that nearly led to an amputation.

Nevertheless, he still won the PGA Tour’s Player Impact Program last season, taking home $10 million for his popularity.

The 15-time major winner birdied the last three holes and recorded an incredible two-under-par first round at the Genesis Invitational in February, marking his return to competition after seven months out injured.

Woods and Herman were together for six years after they were first spotted at the Presidents Cup in New Jersey in October 2017.

She had worked as a general manager at the restaurant – a pop-up at the Genesis Open at The Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles, California – owned by her boyfriend, and once they started dating, the two became inseparable, and Erica supported him regularly at golf tournaments.

Rumors first started swirling about them after Erica was spotted wearing a “player husband” badge, usually given to wives and girlfriends.

The following month, Tiger and Erica went public about their relationship.

The pair reportedly lived together in Jupiter, Florida.

Woods shares his two children – 14-year-old daughter Sam and 13-year-old son Charlie – with ex-wife Elin Nordegren.

The couple married in 2004, but divorced in 2010 after reports of his infidelity last year.
