The most ‘loved’ and the most ‘hated’ major airlines in the world have been revealed. And it’s from Canada Bearskin airlines that’s most adored – and India’s Go First that’s most frowned upon.

This is evident from an investigation into tweets in which airlines are mentioned. The study used an AI “sentiment tool” to analyze the text in thousands of posts and assign a score to whether they called the carrier positive or negative. Any airline with fewer than 100 entries was excluded.

Overall, 53.4 percent of tweets about Bearskin Airlines were positive, with Canada’s Pacific Coastal Airlines claiming second place in the global ‘most liked’ list with a score of 48.5 percent and Portugal’s TAP Express third with a score of 47.8 percent.
