Shakira looked sensational on Friday night when she performed her hit No. 1 TQG for the first time on The Tonight Show in New York City.
The hitmaker, 46, took the stage to give an energetic performance of the new release, which contains multiple references to her ex Gerard Pique – who she split from in June after 11 years together.
The age-defying star made quite the vengeance comeback, donning a pair of leather chaps while showing off her figure in a black mesh bodysuit.
She appeared on the show with Bizarrap, chatted with Jimmy Fallon about their joint new release and referenced her recent split.
On the show, she explained that the song was “a healthy way to channel my emotions”, adding that she had to “put up with so much cr*p”.

She let her long caramel locks flow freely in a loose curl as she opted for a bright and luminous makeup palette.
While Argentinian producer Bizarrap joined her, wearing a dark washed denim shirt with a white T-shirt and a black baseball cap.
It was one of Shakira’s two ensembles for the TV appearance as she donned a sparkly black mini dress to sit down and chat with host Jimmy.
The new hit is a “diss” track named after Shakira’s ex Gerard, with whom she shares two children and who she divorced after he was allegedly unfaithful during the relationship.
Referring to the split for the first time on TV, she shared: ”It was incredible to feel the reaction from so many people. I think people really connect with music when it’s real and real, it’s coming from a real place. The thing with this song is that it has become like an anthem for so many women out there.
