And Claire Tregoning, Pip Edward’s business partner, was her own best advertisement when she headed to Sydney this week for some light exercise.
The 42-year-old wore a signature blue pair PE Nation cycling shorts with a beige sports bra and white crop top.
The Sydney fashion socialite appeared to have just finished a yoga or pilates class as she rocked a few slides for her outing.
Claire picked up a takeaway coffee before taking a leisurely stroll along the beach.

The solo sighting comes after Claire sold her luxury home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches for an undisclosed sum.
The lavish five-bedroom, three-bathroom condo, located in Avalon Beach, was listed for $6.5 million-$7 million last month.

Earlier this year, Claire confirmed she had split from her husband, filmmaker Timothy, 40.
The former couple, who share two children together, kept their breakup a secret for most of last year.
But in February, Claire broke her silence and said they “still love each other.”

“It’s very amicable, we still love each other, we co-parent and he remains a good friend,” she shared The Sydney Morning Herald.
“Things change and that’s exactly what happened for us, but we get through that with a lot of respect and support for each other.”

He pleaded guilty to drug charges in Waverley local court and will be sentenced in January.
The maximum penalty for drug possession is $5,500 or two years in prison.
