Pamela Anderson has spoken out about the abuse she suffered at the hands of her female babysitter in her new Netflix documentary, Pamela: A Love Story.
The Canadian-born woman said she later tried to kill the woman by stabbing her in the heart, but she died in a car accident a day later.
Young Pamela was so convinced that she had caused death with her own magical powers that she told no one and carried the guilt with her for years.
In a harrowing account, the TV star and model, now 55, said: ‘Terrible things happened when I was little.
“I had a babysitter and my parents thought she was a great babysitter because she always brought presents, but she was bothering me.
‘I thought I killed her with my magic spirit’: Pamela Anderson ‘believed’ she killed the babysitter who was harassing her

She said in her Netflix documentary, “I tried to stab her in the heart with a candy cane pen. And then I told her I wanted her to die and then she died in a car accident the next day. So I thought I killed her with my magic spirit and I couldn’t tell anyone’ (Pictured: a young Pamela)
“It was three or four years of abuse. She always told me not to tell my parents. I tried to protect my brother from her. I tried to kill her.
“I tried to stab her in the heart with a candy cane pen. And then I told her I wanted her to die and then she died in a car accident the next day.
“So I thought I killed her with my magic spirit and I couldn’t tell anyone. But I was sure I did, that I wished her dead and she died.
“I’ve lived with that my whole, very young life.”
She continued, “If those traumatic moments happened, I would just leave my body and float away and make my own little world.
“I was digging a hole to China thinking, ‘I hate this, I hate this, I want to get out of here.’ I just thought I had to get off the island.
“When I got older, I was like a little tomboy. I was a gymnast, so I was small. I bloomed very late, then I got a lump on my chest and I was rehearsing for a long time how to tell my mother that I was dying of cancer.
Because I thought it was cancer and I tried to punch it back into my chest. And when I finally told her, she laughed and said, “Oh, you’re going to be a woman.”

Anderson’s eldest son Brandon Thomas Lee, 26, from her marriage to rocker Tommy Lee, 60, was a producer on the Netflix documentary.
He claimed his mother was criminally underpaid during her time on 1990s pop culture Baywatch, as she only makes $4,000 a year in scraps.
“If I go back and even look at past deals and remaining checks, people would be shocked to find out how people were really taking advantage of her,” he said. Additional at the Netflix Tudum Theater in Hollywood, at the premiere of the documentary.
He described his mother – who played the role of CJ Parker in 110 episodes of the syndicated series from 1992-1997 – as “a young girl who made a bad deal on a big show and she was the biggest star at the time.”
Lee continued, “Lots of people made a lot of money on that, people are going to have their day when we come knocking…if she’s making $4,000 a year off Baywatch? That’s a crime.’
Ms. Anderson was a breakout star in the cast of the beach series, which also featured David Hasselhoff, Yasmine Bleeth, David Charvet, Gena Lee Nolin, Nicole Eggert, Donna D’Errico and, in later years, Jason Momoa.
The $4,000 annual residual fee pales in comparison to many of Anderson’s contemporaries who appeared on hit shows that later entered syndication, according to Yahoo.
Friends’ six main cast members — Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc — earn $20 million a year from a deal that gave them 2 percent apiece on remnants, according to a 2015 USA today report.
