The winner of a $50 million Oz Lotto jackpot remains a mystery after Tuesday night’s draw, in which the lucky lottery holder lays his head on the pillow and is totally oblivious to their newfound fortune.

The winning numbers in the Oz Lotto 1494 draw on Tuesday, October 4 were 37, 42, 47, 39, 5, 17 and 20, while the additional numbers were 29, 22 and 38.

A Tatts branch in the town of Casey, in southeastern Melbourne, sold the winning ticket.

Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said the winning ticket was not registered, meaning lottery officials will have to wait for the unknown person to come forward.

Ms. Hobdell encourages everyone to check their entries, especially those in Victoria.

Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said the winning ticket was not registered meaning lottery officials will have to wait for the unknown person to come forward

“In Victoria, people have 12 months to collect their prizes directly from us,” she said.

“After that time, the prize goes to the Victorian State Revenue Office, and there is a process to collect it from there.

“So there’s still plenty of time to claim the prize, but the clock is ticking, so check your tickets!”
