Media mogul Steve Forbes has revealed he was attacked by two “wild-eyed” Black Lives Matter protesters at a conservative book launch in New York.
Forbes says the campaigners burst into the event on Wednesday and began shouting “almost incoherently,” pushing books off the counter and dousing guests with drinks.
The 75-year-old CEO of Forbes celebrated the launch of “Stolen Youth,” a book about how “wokeism poisons young brains.”
“I went to co-author Bethany Mandel near the counter where the books were on display,” he told Fox Digital.
Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, a woman was angrily yelling almost incoherently about things that had nothing to do with the subject of the book.

“The books themselves were pushed loudly off the counter and landed on the floor at the same time as she threw a drink our way.”
He and Mandel both ended up splashing in the drink.
“I joked that a dark suit was an advantage in a situation like this,” Forbes said.
Stolen Youth is written by Bethany Mandel and Karol Markowicz.
The description of the book on Amazon reads: “The left is waging an all-out battle against the American family, especially its youngest members.
“If they can make our kids miserable, get them to question every building block of society and rebuild their entire concept of reality, the left and their awakened indoctrinators will consider that a victory.”
Markowicz told the conservative news outlet Daily Wire News, “Two wild-eyed young white women run to our party screaming, ‘Black lives matter!’
“They threw their drinking glasses against the wall where our books were displayed and ran away.
‘Suddenly I heard screaming, had books thrown at me and I was soaking wet’
Both women had short, dyed blue hair and repeatedly shouted “Black Lives Matter” and “trans lives matter.”
The Black Lives Matter is a radical anti-racism movement that gained massive popularity among liberals after the death of George Floyd in 2020.

The movement has been linked to many far-left causes, such as the abolition of the police force.
Mandel told the outlet. ‘I realized that young women with short, dyed blue hair were shouting at us: ‘Black lives matter, trans lives matter!’ I tried to talk to them, but they ran away.’
Another group of young women also stood in the doorway and shouted at those present, calling them fascists.
Mandel launched a scathing attack on the protesters that she said proved the usefulness of her research.
Wokeism poisons young brains. It’s the book’s thesis, and the young deranged women who protested against the party are exactly what we warn about in our book: angry, irrational and uninformed,” she told Fox News Digital.
“They repeated the approved chants about black and trans lives that matter. They didn’t know what they were protesting, only that we were dissidents.
“They’re exactly what our readers don’t want their kids to change.”
Mandel, a mother of six, added that her newborn baby “barely missed” the beatings at the event.
