Love Island fans urge Kai not to blow his chances with Sanam

Love Island viewers urged Kai Fagan not to be put off by Sanam Harrinanan’s surprising talent for being able to cry on the spot.

On Tuesday’s episode, the PE teacher, 24, reflected on the talent show and said he saw Sanam’s hidden trick as a big ‘red flag’.

In the scenes near the sunbeds, Kai told her, “Your talent has really confused me, I’m not going to lie.” I feel like that’s more of a warning than a talent.’

Sanam, 24, replied: ‘Warning sign? Why? Because you know I can cry right there with you?’

Kai replied, “I know you can force crying,” with Sanam firmly telling him, “No, it’s a talent, not a red flag.” I could use it, but I won’t do that to you.’

Oh dear: On Tuesday’s episode, the PE teacher reflected on the talent show and said he saw Sanam’s hidden trick as a major “red flag.”

When Kai asked if Sanam had used fake crying before, she said, “I’ve definitely used it before to get myself out of situations.”

Kai told her that if she ever cried near him, he would be suspicious if her feelings were real or fake.

Sanam replied, “That’s so bad, because what if they are real tears?”

Viewers watching the show were a bit unnerved by the scenes and couldn’t tell if Kai was joking or serious due to his stern facial expressions.

One wrote: ‘I don’t know, maybe I’m sensitive, but why is Kai cold with Sanam.’

While another said, “Calm down now, Kai. Sanam has a talent, not a red flag’, while a third chimed in: I knew Kai would be irritating about Sanam’s talent’.

A fourth added, “I hope Kai drops the crying on the spot, he should know that Sanam is why we like him now.”

Elsewhere, fans applauded the show bosses for giving the pair more airtime, with some viewers wanting them to go ahead and win the show.

In later scenes, Sanam asked Kai, “What do you think it will look like when we get out of here?”

Kai replied, “I think you’re going to be my girlfriend eventually.”

While the islanders contemplate the future, a text message disturbed the peace.

Ron receives the text and reads to the group, “May all islanders come to the fire pit right away.”

Once the islanders are seated around the fire pit, they receive another message informing them, “The public has voted for their favorite couple, the couples with the fewest votes are at risk of being dumped off the island tonight.”

The pair were among the bottom three, but Rosie and Casey were eventually ejected after the public vote.
