Kourtney Kardashian Teases a Glimpse of Her Bleached Locks for Fans in Latest Instagram Photo
Kourtney Kardashian teased her fans on Friday by uploading a photo to her Instagram stories that gave a sneak peek of her freshly bleached locks.
The TV personality, 43, is no stranger to coloring her locks and sported short blonde hair when she was just 16 years old.
Her younger sister, Kim Kardashian, notably went platinum 10 months earlier when she attended the 2022 Met Gala donning an iconic Marilyn Monroe dress, which the Some Like It Hot actress had worn when she sang Happy Birthday to John F. Kennedy in 1962.
The star, who is supporting her husband, Travis Barker, as he recovers from successful finger surgery, opted not to include a caption or a full reveal of the latest color.
The photo appeared to have been taken during the lengthy dying process, with most of the hair ends already bleached.

The Instagram photo comes shortly after a previous glimpse of her hair transformation was seen.
Earlier on Friday, Travis posted to his own social media page to thank his fans for their love and well wishes after his surgery, and also showed his wife praying in a since-deleted video, with her hair completely dyed, reported Us weekly.
According to the entertainment outlet, her short, platinum locks were swept back in a tight bun.
During an interview with People in 2017, the Poosh founder opened up about coloring her hair and whether she preferred lighter locks.
“I was the original sister with the blonde hair,” Kourtney said humorously at the time. “I was just a month blonde in high school. I think I was in 11th grade or something.’
She also explained, “I had lighter hair when I was pregnant with Penelope, which is probably my least favorite hair I’ve had.”
The media personality simply added, “I am just a brown-haired girl. It just suits me. I like my dark hair.’ However, it seems that the star was ready for a shocking transformation, although she hasn’t fully showed off the new hairstyle yet.

Kim dyed her hair platinum blonde for last year’s MET Gala in May 2022, which was completed in less than two days.
On an episode of The Kardashians that aired late last year in November, the mother of four discussed the steps taken to get her to do it.
“This hair dyeing is so tedious and tedious. We don’t have a shampoo dish, so we have to rinse it a million times. It is what it is,” the reality star explained during a confessional portion of the episode, per Us weekly.
After revealing that the whole process took nearly two days, she added, “It has to be the right color.” [and] my hair can’t fall out.’
“We have to get it right because we have one day to paint it, so we’ll be up for the next 15 hours just painting it.”
Earlier on Thursday, Kourtney took to Instagram after sharing a stylish Instagram carousel in which she donned a vibrant lime green ensemble to promote her vitamin supplement brand, Lemme, which she launched in September 2022.
However, she soon clapped back to a social media user who jumped into the comments section to write, “Is she pregnant?”
The businesswoman explained, “the after effects of IVF (I only acknowledge this comment because I think it’s important to know how IVF affects the female body and it’s not talked about much)…”
The star then wondered, “are we still asking women if they’re pregnant?” followed by a yellow heart emoji.
