Katy Perry reveals she’s been sober for five weeks.

The singer and mother of one has made a pact with fiance Orlando Bloom to call it quits for three months, she said at a curated cocktail event at New York City’s Mister Paradise, according to People.

The artist, 38, pretended to cry jokingly as she said: “I’m five weeks sober today…I made a pact with my partner and I want to quit.”

The star added that she ‘can’t give in’: ‘I made a promise. Three months.’

Katy was spotted leaving The View in a pink suit with a fringed top Tuesday afternoon in New York City.

Katy paired the eye-catching look with a black fringed top that hit the floor; the statement top was a one-of-a-kind piece that paired perfectly with her platform shoes.

The brunette beauty paired the look with a matching pale pink handbag with a crystal handle.

Katy added AGMES baroque Luca earrings, tiny framed sunglasses and pink lipstick to her pout.

The stunner wore her hair parted in the middle and pulled back to complete her look for her interview.

During the cocktail party, People revealed that Katy grabbed one of her own branded drinks: De Soi.

De Soi is a sparkling ready-to-drink alcohol-free aperitif, with natural adaptogens.

The expression De Soi means ‘pleasure with restraint’ in French; the drinks come in cans or a bottle – in three flavors: Golden hour, Champagne Dreams and Purple Lune.

Katy co-founded and created the brand with Morgan McLachlan.

Katy is a judge on American Idol alongside Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan; Ryan Seacrest is the host of the singing competition reality show.

Season 21 of American Idol is currently underway; it premiered on February 19, 2023 on ABC.

The artist started as a judge for American Idol in 2018.

Katy is engaged to British actor Orlando Bloom, 46.
