No detail is being reported on the new £18m of assets he holds from Bconh and Joew Holdings. Accounts listed them as “other investments.”

Joe first launched his Body Coach brand in 2015 after working as a personal trainer.

And during the coronavirus pandemic, Joe became a household name with his free daily workout sessions posted on his YouTube channel.

Fans can now follow a lifestyle similar to Joe’s by signing up for his £9.99 app to get food and exercise plans.

Joe was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2020 Birthday Honors for services to fitness and charity.

He is married to model Rosie Jones, whom he met in 2016, and the couple share three children – Indie, four, Marley, two, and Leni, five months – and also have a home in Los Angeles.

But he and his wife have seemingly decided to keep the UK as their primary residence and raise their children in their £4.4 million mansion in Surrey.

Last month, Joe spent some quality time with his family as they enjoyed a getaway to Singapore.

He shared a glimpse of the trip with his 4.5 million Instagram followers on Wednesday and posted a slew of snaps.

The family spent five days in the Asian country, using it as a stopover on their way to Australia.

Joe and Rosie enjoyed a dip in the lavish Marina Bay Sands Infinity pool, while the shirtless star beamed for a photo with his two eldest children.

Meanwhile, his wife donned a deep chocolate bathing suit while holding their youngest daughter Leni.

In addition to a slew of family activities, the couple also managed to plan a date night – enjoying cocktails at the luxurious Raffles Hotel.

The family of five beamed together at a collection of photos as they took in the sights.

They then headed to Australia, where Joe explained that Singapore was a great place to ‘acclimate’ before heading Down Under from the UK.

During his layover in Singapore, Joe wrote, ‘We had the most incredible 5 days in Singapore. It’s a great place to stay to acclimatize on the way to Australia and there are so many fun things to do with the family.’

The trip came as part of his PE With Joe Tour, which sees him hosting a series of public workouts.

The Body Coach previously toured the United Kingdom last summer and did training sessions in England, Wales and Scotland.
