Eagles star Jason Kelce ‘asked to join his Super Bowl champion brother Travis for SNL’

The Kelce brothers could be ready for another reunion on national television when Travis Kelce hosts this weekend’s episode of Saturday Night Live.
According to TMZ sportssources “close to the production” say some of Travis’ relatives — including mom Donna, his aunt and uncle, and possibly his dad — will be in attendance for the big night.
TMZ added that with SNL, producers have asked his brother Jason Kelce to join the family — not just in the crowd, but on camera.
It has not been confirmed if Jason will take part in skits. He and his wife recently welcomed a baby girl named Bennett last week.
Once Travis’ host duties come to an end, the family plans a trip to Philadelphia to meet the newest member of their clan.

It remains to be seen if Jason will come after recently welcoming baby girl Bennett
Travis won his second Super Bowl – dubbed the “Kelce Bowl” – with the Kansas City Chiefs, who defeated Jason and the Philadelphia Eagles in Arizona last month.
The two spoke in the aftermath of the title game on an episode of their “New Heights” podcast. In that episode, they both got emotional talking about Donna and how she coped watching them on such a big stage and how she handled the attention.
“The moment I saw Mom was when I got really emotional because man it was so amazing…” Jason Kelce began before bursting into tears and restraining himself.
Tears also began to flow from Travis and they both stopped to calm themselves down for the rest of the episode.
Jason continued, “It was great for… you know she was on top of the world for a week.”
Travis agreed, saying, “She was the heavyweight champion, man. She was on top of it and she was beaming all the time.’
That was the coolest part. Mom, you absolutely killed it. Dad, you killed it.’
Jason added, “It was just so cool, man. To see, you know, let her celebrate with us. It was a great moment. So happy for her and so happy that, you know, she got her moment, Daddy got his.
“So yeah, I was the only one. Ironically, you know, you lose the Super Bowl and you cry after the game, and it’s not tears of sadness, it’s tears of joy.”

Travis announced he would host SNL on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

The brothers honored their mother Donna, who wore special half-and-half outfits for the game
Donna stole the show in Arizona with her half-and-half attire to support both of her sons and she even had the seat of honor next to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
After becoming a fan favorite leading up to Super Bowl LVII, Donna is sure to get a mention on Saturday’s show.
Later in their podcast episode, Travis shared that Jason was the inspiration for him to get into football.
“The crazy thing is I would never play this goddamn game if it weren’t for you,” Travis told his brother. Jason answered and said, “Stop, yes you would.”
“It’s the truth, man, I followed in your footsteps. When you started playing football… so you started playing hockey, I started playing hockey. You started playing football, I started playing football.
“I kind of followed in your footsteps throughout this whole gig and to go through everything leading up to this moment — or leading up to this year — and then have the year we had, and then meet you at the mountain top brother , it was like we were on top of that thing together man.
“But I ruined a few years of my life not being able to play with you on the field and I always hated Philadelphia for not giving me that chance, knowing I screwed up so many times.”
