The Scream star, 58, slipped into an edgy black ensemble as she made her way out of the swanky eatery, sporting a small smile as she did so.
The actress wore an edgy black leather jacket that she wore over a semi-sheer black top with dainty gold chains.
Courteney paired her jacket and top with black satin trousers and pointy heels, carrying her essentials in a stylish brown-strap handbag draped over her shoulder.
The stunner let go of her raven-black locks for the occasion, as she emphasized her features with a radiant makeup palette.

It comes after Courteney spoke about her long-distance relationship with Snow Patrol musician Johnny McDaid while appearing on talk show Drew Barrymore on Tuesday.
The Friends icon — who denied Prince Harry’s claims he took magic mushrooms at her house – got candid alongside her Scream VI co-star Melissa Barrera in the back of an SUV as they drove through the streets of New York.
She told Drew that McDaid flew from London to Hollywood to see her get her star on the Walk Of Fame.
“Yeah, it was so sweet. He flew in from London; that’s where he lives,’ she said.
When Drew remarked that long distance is too hard for her, Courteney replied, “As long as you have confidence, I guess it doesn’t matter where you are.” You can be yourself and still be enthusiastic when you see each other.’
Over the course of their romance, Johnny and Courteney were briefly engaged, but they called off the engagement in 2015 only to get back together soon after.
Although they mended their romantic relationship, they never got engaged again, though Courteney has suggested the marriage isn’t completely off the table.

Long-lasting love! Snow Patrol musician McDaid showed his support for his lead actress when he flew from London to attend her Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on Feb. 27.
Last January she spoke with People about the prospect of marrying Johnny.
She said, ‘I don’t know. I’m certainly not against it. I just don’t think about it.’
Barrymore also noted that he had seen Courteney’s daughter Coco hugging her mother during the ceremony.
“When I saw Coco hug you, what was it like having her there?” she asked.
‘It felt so good. Things I do are still embarrassing, but she was proud and it made me so happy that she was willing to take a picture with me and hug me,” said Cox.
