Designer Christian Siriano’s studio was damaged by a burst pipe days before the Oscars, destroying a series of dresses destined for the red carpet.
Siriano, 37, who has dressed stars such as Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez and Oprah Winfrey, shared a video from the water-damaged studio on Monday.
The clip showed Siriano’s staff trying to save dresses with puddles of water visible on the floor and water dripping from the ceiling.
The video was titled, ‘Well it’s 6 days before the Oscars and a pipe burst in our studio, yay happy Monday to us! Ughghghg. THE WORST EVER! Only a few dresses are ruined.’
He added in the captions, “#SAVETHEGOWNS” as fans sent well wishes.

The 95th Academy Awards will be hosted by late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel and will be held on Sunday, March 12 at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood.

Ana De Armas also earned a nomination for her portrayal of Marilyn Monroe in Blonde.
While Cruise missed out on a Best Actor nomination, Austin Butler (Elvis) Brendan Fraser (The Whale) and Bill Nighy (Living) all got nods.
All Quiet On The Western Front, a German-produced film, earned multiple nominations, as did Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, including Best Original Song.
Angela Bassett is nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, as is Jamie Lee Curtis for Everything Everywhere All At Once.
The winners are voted on by the approximately 10,000 actors, producers, directors and film professionals who make up the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
The academy added more women and people of color to its ranks after the 2015 and 2016 #OscarsSoWhite feuds, and it increased membership from outside the United States.
This year, seven of the 20 acting nominees were people of color, including Yeoh’s Everything Everywhere All At Once castmates Ke Huy Quan and Stephanie Quan.
